How long does the construction take?
The length of the project is directly related to the type of equipment secured and the size of the lake. If the lining is a waterborne method applied to a full lake the process only takes a few hours, and then about 2-3 weeks to settle.

Do you have any experience building lakes with variable soil conditions?
Each project starts with soil samples. The soil is examined carefully to determine suitability, and the necessary quantities of ESS-13. The company has had tremendous success sealing lakes and ponds thoughout the United States and internationally.

Is SS-13 still used today?
Our company no longer uses SS-13 because of the potential environmental impact. Our current product, ESS-13, which was formulated in the early '70s has been proven more effective, and is significantly better for the environment.

Is the lake or pond guaranteed?
All projects carry a limited warranty, and every project will have the warranty clearly stated on the agreement.
